"Brothers And Sisters" Was Apparently Was One Of The Last Tracks Added To The Album. The Song’s Lyrics Focus On Drugs And Was Supposedly Inspired By The List Of 28 Drugs That Former US President John F. Kennedy Took To Keep Him Functioning.
