Em Janeiro De 1990 Nascia Oficialmente O Masterboy Com O Lançamento De Seu Primeiro Single Chamado Dance To The Beat. Esse Single De Início Foi Feito Para Ser Usado Durante A Abertura Da Discoteca "The Kiniky" E Deveria Então Ser Vendido Somente Neste Club. Eles Contrataram O Rapper David Atterberry E A Vocalista Mendy Lee Para Representá-Los No Palco Mas O Povo Começou A Pedir Os Artistas Verdadeiros! A Partir Dai Vieram Mais Alguns Singles Como Shake It Up And Dance I Need Your Love E Também Noche Del Amor. E Então A Nova "onda" Dançante Da Europa Tinha Um Nome - Masterboy! E Com Tanto Sucesso No Ano De 1991 Eles Lançam Um Album Entitulado The Masterboy Family. Em 1993 Eles Lançam O Segundo Album Chamado Feeling Alright Com O Single Fall In Trance Que Rapidamente Subiu Nos Charts De Vários Países Como França Inglaterra Austria Italia E Claro Alemanha.
Em 1993 Eles Lançam O Segundo Single Retirado Do Segundo Album - Everybody Needs Somebody - Caindo Direto Na 41ª Posição No Top 100. Logo Depois Alcançava O Top 10 Na França E No Brasil Top 20 Na Suécia Israel Canadá E Suíça E Também O Top 30 Em Outros 11 Países. Everybody Needs Somebody Foi O Primeiro Single Do Masterboy A Ter Um Vídeoclipe No Ano De 1994 Lançaram O Single I Got To Give It Up No Mês De Fevereiro Em Julho Lançaram Feel The Heat Of The Night E Então Em Agosto Chega Ás Lojas O Tereiro Album Chamado Different Dreams. Em Março De 1995 O Masterboy Veio Ao Brasil! O Que Aconteceu Superou De Longe As Expectativas Dos Rapazes. Suas Músicas Ficaram Em 1º Lugar Durante 4 Semanas Consecutivas Nos Charts Brasileiros. Suas Canções Eram Executadas Nas Rádios Cerca De 20 Vezes Por Dia Fazendo Do Masterboy Uma Das Principais Atrações De Dois Festivais Brasileiros Que Aconteceram Em São Paulo E No Rio De Janeiro.
