Originally Conceived As A Way To Record And Release New Music To Friends Family And Interested Parties What The Krypteia Collective. Has Become Is A Mystery That Will Continue To Unfold As Ideas Become Realities… “This Started Like Most Things...As An Idea. After That The Biggest Adventure Has Been Where These Ideas Have Led ” Says The Krypteia Collective. Founder And Architect Joel De La Garza. De La Garza Made The Decision To Record And Release New Material Under A New Name Without Any Former Association Pretense Or Expectation After The Dissolution Of His Former Band. He Set Up A Small Recording Studio In South Austin And Began Production On Demos For A Handful Of Songs He’d Written. What Resulted From These Original Sessions Were Acoustic Arrangements That He Realized Had Potential To Become Something More. After An Initial Well-Received Small Acoustic Showcase De La Garza Returned To The Studio And Began Work On A New Set Of Songs And A Re-Imagining Of What The Music Experience Could Be In The Ever-Convergent Digital World.
