LiLiTS Is An All-Female Rock Band From Santiago Chile. The Band Started In 1999 With A Punk Rock Sound. As Founder Member Masiel Reyes Bass And Vocals Said Herself Their First Rehearsals Were At Her Kitchen. With Javiera Alarcón On Drums Other Female Musicians Whom Had Contributed With Lilits From The Beginning Were Guitarrist Lorena Aliste 1999-2000 Guitarrist Claudia Bustamante 1999-2004 Currently On Portaligas And Singer Bárbara Finsterbusch 1999-2007 . During This Time They Played A Lot Of Gigs In The Sadly Machist Punk-Rock Chilean Scene. In 2004 Lilits Got Their Consolidation With New Member Lorena Ormeño Former Parapiso Brillante On Guitar And Backing Vocals. The Band Started Experimenting More With Rock And Less Punk. Their Self-Titled Debut Record Came Out Finally In 2005 Under CFA Records Property Of Punk Rock Chilean Band Fiskales Ad-Hok . In 2009 The Band Releases Their Self-Produced EP "Sueltas". The Same Year Singer Bárbara And Guitarrist Lorena Leaves The Band. Founder Members Masiel "Asecas" And Javiera "Zebra" Recruits Bernardita Traub On Guitar. Lilits Toured Argentina In November 2011. Between October 11-31 2012 The Girls Toured In Europe With The Concept "Do IT Yourself". It Was All Self-Managed By The Band. Lilits Played In Spain Portugal Austria And England. In July 2013 Lilits Enters Into The Studio In Chile To Record Their Third Album "Visceral" Mastered By Robin Schmidt Who Had Work With The Black Keys Keane The Rapture The Kooks Two Door Cinema Club Among Others In His "24-96 Matering Studios" In Germany. In October 2013 Javiera "Zebra" Takes A Break From The Band For Personal Reasons After The Recording Of Their Third Record "Visceral". Drummer Stefanie "Taffy" Dönicke Replaced Her. In 2014 Stefanie Left The Band And Was Replaced By Carolina Arévalo. Lilits Performed In The 2015 Version Of Lollapalooza Festival Chile Being The First All-Female Chilean Rock Band To Perform In This Huge Festival. Lilits Current Line-Up Masiel Asecas Bass Vocals.
