Kastaphor Are A Group Of Like Minded People With Their Own Unique Vibes Which Has Melded To Form A Sound That Is Hard To Pinpoint. Rob Guitar Ged Bass And Karl Drums Have Been Together Since 2007 Working Both With Singers And As An Instrumental Outfit. In August 2009 Emma Vocals Answered An Online Ad Auditioned And Immediately Became An Integral Part Of The Band. Songs And Arrangements Have Flowed So Easily That A Debut Album Has Been Recorded And Is Slated For Early 2010 Release. The Band Are Keen To Get Out On The Road And Gig These Songs. All The Band Have Diverse Musical Influences From Dub Reggae Rock Soul And Indie As Well As Dance And Drum & Bass. As With Any Band They Don't Want To Be Pigeonholed But Wouldn't Be Averse To Being Mentioned Alongside Portishead Kosheen Morcheeba And Everything But The Girl.
