The Mood Swings Are A Female-Fronted Fuzzpop Band From Minneapolis. Formed In 2004 By Guitarists/singers Ashley Ackerson And Sallie Watson Bassist Ed Ackerson And Drummer Mike Reiter Joined The Band To Complete The Line-Up. Citing Influences From Motörhead To Letters To Cleo The Band Writes "sharp Catchy Tunes With A Hard Garage Edge And A Bit Of Psychedelic Mayhem Thrown In." They Have Recently Released An EP On The Susstones Label Which Can Be Downloaded For Free. A Full-Length Will Follow In Early '09.
