Artist Biography For Go Violets
Go Violets Were An Australian Indie-Pop Band From Brisbane Queensland. The Band Was Formed In 2011 And Consisted Of Vocalist/guitarist Phoebe Imhoff Guitarist/drummer Alice Rezende Bassist Harriette Pilbeam And Drummer/guitarist Ruby McGregor. They Released One EP "Heart Slice" On Oct. 4th 2013. It Was Recorded At Applewood Lane And Was Produced By Sean Cook Formerly Of Yves Klein Blue. It Included The Single "Wanted." On March 19th 2014 The Group Announced Via Facebook That They Were Disbanding Saying They Were "incredibly Grateful For The Opportunities That They Have Been Given To Make Friends Meet And Discover New Bands And Travel The Country". They Will Be Pursuing Individual "artistic Endeavours". They Performed Their Final Show On April 3rd As A Part Of Brisbane Youth Week.
