Born Into A Musical Family Lily Gevorkian's Father A Violinist And Violin Maker Influenced Her Interest In Classical Music And Opera. She Became A Student Of Renowned International Armenian Opera Star - Soprano Ellada Chakoyan In September Of 2001 Where She Has Continued To Receive Classical Vocal Training. After High School She Continued To Pasadena City College Where She Received A Musical Education From The Prominent Musicologist Dr. Kay Lipton Dr. Donald Brinegar And Many Others. She Made Her On-Stage Début In 2003 At The Famous Wilshire E’belle With Austrian Tenor Vahan Mirakian And Since Then Lily Has Performed With Several Symphony Orchestras In The Southern California Area. She Performed Mozart’s “Alleluia” From Exultate Jubilate With The Emmy Award Winning Glendale Symphony Orchestra At The Age Of 18 At 21 She Made Her Zipper Hall Début With The Los Angeles Émigré Virtuoso Orchestra And Has Continued To Perform Regularly With The New Valley Symphony. This February Lily Performed Bellini’s “Casta Diva” With Its Cabaletta From Norma And Rossini’s “Bel Raggio Lusinghier” From The Opera Semiramide With The New Valley Symphony. read less
