She Started Her Music Career By Writing And Recording Songs In Her Bedroom And Uploading The Videos To Her YouTube Channel. She Plays The Guitar Piano And Flute. After Meeting Ed Sheeran She Was Invited To Support Him On His European Tour And Was Also Invited To Support Example After He Heard Her Cover Of "Stay Awake". She Also Appeared In The Video For Ed Sheeran's Song "Drunk". Nina Nesbitt Has Also Covered "The Funeral" By Band Of Horses And "Babylon" By David Gray. Her Second EP Titled The Apple Tree Was Released In April 2012 And Reached #6 On The ITunes Download Charts After Receiving Airplay On BBC Radio 1 And Also Reached #1 On The ITunes Singer/songwriter Chart. In October 2012 Nina Embarked On A Second UK Headline Tour "BOY UK TOUR" In Support Of Her Debut Single "Boy" And The EP Of The Same Name.

Colder Is A Song Written About Watching People Fall In Love For The First Time And Being In Awe Of How Fearlessly They Fall. It Talks About The Aftermath Of Heartbreak And How You Become A Lot More Cautious When It Comes To Falling For Someone Because You Know The Pain It Can Cause. I Don’t Think It’s Necessarily A Bad Thing To Be Colder But When You Find The Right Person It’s Important To Be Able To Let Them In. Colder Was The Last Song I Wrote For The Album. I Wrote It In London With My Friend Thomas Gemini . He Put Down The Chords Went To The Kitchen To Make Food And Left Me On Loop With An SM7 Microphone Recording. By The Time He Came Back I’d Written The Topline It Just Came From Nowhere. Colder is a song written about watching people fall in love for the first time and being in awe of how fearlessly they fall. It talks about the aftermath of heartbreak and how you become a lot more cautious when it comes to falling for someone because you know the pain it can cause. I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing to be colder but when you find the right person it’s important to be able to let them in.
Colder was the last song I wrote for the album. I wrote it in London with my friend Thomas (Gemini). He put down the chords, went to the kitchen to make food and left me on loop with an SM7 microphone recording. By the time he came back I’d written the topline, it just came from nowhere. It was a really easy song to write but one of the most difficult to produce because it started as a piano ballad but I wanted it to be different to stand out on the album.
