Com 15 Anos De Idade Tim Criou Um Trio Popular Tim Tom E Ron Com Seus Dois Amigos. Em 1968 Timothy Foi Convidado Para O Posto De Baixista No Grupo Poco Onde Permanceu Por De Sete Anos Gravando 11 11 Albums.
Em Setembro De 1977 Glenn Frey Chamou E Pediu Ao Timothy Para Substituir Randy Meisner. Timothy Era Extremamente Entusiástico E Juntava Ao The Eagles.
