Again The Record Got Best Press In Magazines And Netzines Worldwide. After This Release Cryptic Wintermoon Took A Little Time-Out In Order To Take
care Of Personal Issues. After A Three Year Long Break Cryptic Wintermoon Finally Recorded The Actual CD
named “Fear” Which Is A Concept Album About Mainly World War I And Shows All
the Darkness And Inhumanity Of The Industrialized War. Once Again The Songs Contain The Typical “Cryptic Wintermoon Vibe” And Melody Just In A Much Darker Way. The Variety Of Slow Midtempo And Fast Songs Make This Album Unique And Different To Other Death- And Blackmetal Productions. This Time The Guitars Are Tuned Down To Honour The 90`s Swedish Death Metal Bands Who Were A Great Influence To Our Music And To Give The Songs A Much Darker Feel. Some German Lyrics Also Found Place Beside Of The Mainly English Vocals To Bring Even More Variety Into This Album. On Top Of This A Raw And Powerful Sound Created In The “Frost Studios” And Mastered By Andy Classen In The Legendary “Stage One” Studios Makes This Album A More Than Worthy Follower To “Of Shadows...And The Dark Things You Fear”.
