Biografie van de kunstenaar Christopher Langley Johnston

Christopher Johnston Was Born In Wolverhampton On 15th March 1981. His Very Early Musical Influences Were Brother Beyond Cliff Richard And The Bee Gees And It Was Watching These That Made Him Want To Be A Musician. Although He Had Had Some Guitar Lessons As A Child Chris Mostly Taught Himself Guitar While At High School And Soon Began Writing Songs Largely Influenced By The Beatles And Their Solo Careers. He Started Recording His Own Compositions At Home And Began Performing Them At College Where He Also Learnt Bass Guitar. In 2003 Chris Performed At The Gig On Melrose Avenue Hollywood California. The Following Year He Began An Entertainment Company Lanton Entertainment With His Wife-To-Be Vicky And Began Sharing His Music Through Their Website As Well As Producing Music Art And Animation For The Company. In 2005 Chris Took Part In BBC WM's "Mad About Music" Event Around The Mailbox In Birmingham UK Then Focused Mostly On Songwriting And Developing His Recording Techniques Over The Following Few Years. In 2009 He Started Performing Live Again At Local Venues. In 2010 He Joined The Band Beechwood And The Following Year Performed With Them In Hamburg Germany. In 2011 Chris Released A Solo Album "Right Down My Street". After Two Years With Beechwood Chris Left And Formed His Own Band Delta Savannah With His Wife Vicky. Initially A Duo They Recorded Their Debut Album "Arcade" Which They Released Online Through Lanton Entertainment In 2013. In 2014 They Were Joined By A Few Of Their Musical Friends To Become A 4 Piece Band And Continued To Gig Until Vicky Left To Focus On Being A Mother. Chris Fronted Delta Savannah For A Few Months After Vicky's Departure But Then Returned To Solo Work Producing His Second Album "Soar" In 2015 And Then "Husky Dog" In 2018.
