UPC Universal Peace Collective Or UP Collective As It Is Also Known Took Shape In The French Alps As A Side Project While JAMES PARKER Of Ragtag Misfits Toured The Area In The Winter And Spring Of 2004. Surrounded By Majestic Mountains And Pristine Glaciers UPC's Founding Member Attempted To Create Sound Scapes Reflective Of His Environment Refining A Concept Whose Objective Became To Fuse Cultural Diversity And Spiritual Influences From Around The World. The End Result Can Best Be Summed Up As An Experiment Involving Five Continents And Two Hemispheres Converging Over Occasionally Chilled-Out Ambient Vibes Or More Frenetic Beats...
