Time Went And Per Felt That A New Chapter Was About To Begin So He Started To Search For The Companionship Among Others So He Created "Artificial September" Together With Syndrome X209 And Schutzengel But The Call From The Carnival Was Too Great. 2008 Artificial September Went Seperate Ways And Per Started Up Evlent Chapter Again And The Carnival Became Stronger Than Ever.
