After The Splitting Up Of "Dilönis" Māris Muitnieks The Bass Player In Autumn 1994 In Kuldīga Latvia Decided To Form A New Band Inviting His Old Friend Peks To Take The Singing Part Jānis Mūrnieks Guitar Player Of "Analizators" To Play Drums And Kaspars Šulcs To Play The Bass. Quite Soon Kaspars Learned How To Play The Bass And Muitnieks Got Acquainted With The Guitar And With This Line - Up They Played Their First Live Show At Vöns Presentation. An Extract From Vöns "chronicles” ” ..Was Really Surprised By The Performance Of Čapajevs Vagons. I Hadn't Got Awaited That They Would Be That Good. And I Was Sober! Čapajevs Vagons - The Best Punk Band Of Latvia! Peks Vocal In Song „Bēdz!” Was Like Shitfit You Don't Believe? - Listen To The Recording.” In This Lineup They Played One More Live Show In Parnu Estonia Together With Vonosonoloppus Inokentijs Mārpls And Shitheads A Band From Estonia But After Their Third Live Show At "Next” In Riga Jānis Had To Leave And Klusais Vonosonoloppus Was Asked To Play The Drums. In This Line - Up 5 More Gigs Were Played And On March 30 & 31 At Priede Records. 13 Songs Were Recorded And Brought Out On DLM Tapes And It Was The First And The Only One Tape EP Of Čapajevs Vagons Presenting It As Midtempo Punk / Hardcore Band. Čapajevs Vagons Split Up In Year 1996 When Kaspars Started His Academic Career In Riga And Klusais Grew Bored To Play The Drums.
