The Universe Has Been So Kind As To Allow Me To Put My Life To Music. Whether To Make It Entertaining Or Presentable I Don’t Know. Something Tells Me That The Latter Is True.” Victoria E. Burnett My Grandmother Sue Sat At Her Piano Playing As Only She Could. I Was Singing While She Played And Suddenly I Stopped. She Turned To Look At Me And Asked What Was Wrong. “I Forgot The Words” I Said. She Picked Up Exactly Where We Had Left Off And Said “Make Them Up Honey Make Them Up…” I Was Three. I Have Been Making Them Up Ever Since. I Could Name A Laundry List Of Artists Who Have Influenced Me. We Would All Know Their Names And Why They Are Who They Are. I Had My Very Own Artist Sue Burnett. I Can Only Hope With This Collection That I Resonate The Gifted And Courageous Spirit Of This Incredible Pianist.
