Artist Biography For Upstanding Youth
Upstanding Youth Is A Six Piece Ska-Punk-Reggae Band From The North Shore Of Oahu Hawaii. Since Their Formation Several Lineup Changes Came About But Currently Members Include Marc Allred Vocals Guitar Thomas Robertson Drums Demitri Marmash Bass Tim Goshi Saxophone Adam Eskaran Saxophone And Aaron Eskaran Trumpet . Formed In 2001 Upstanding Youth Began Writing Music And Performing Around The Island Of Oahu. Their First Two CD's “Trying To Stand” 2002 And “Kam Highway Catharsis” 2003 Both Won Best Ska/Punk Album Of The Year At The Hawaiian Music Awards. In 2006 Upstanding Youth Released Their Third Album “Still ” Featuring The Single “451 ” Along With A Music Video For The Same Song Directed By Michael Winget.
