The Porridge Men's Music Is A Fusion Of Traditional Scottish Music With Modern Influences To Create A Unique Vibrant Sound. The Band Have Recorded One Album "Planet Porridge" A Cd With A Strongly Experimental Mix Of Pipes Electric Violin Bass Drums Percussion Samples And Didjeridoo. The Porridge Men Are Now Mostly Involved In Other Music Projects And Bands But They Regularly Meet Up And Continue To Promote The Music They Recorded As The Porridge Men. In Exceptional Circumstances The Band Do Get Together And Perform At Events Such As New York's Tartan Week. Murray Fergusson Fiddle
