In 1998th Nikolay Evdokimov Founded The Project Of Electronic Music Called "Rabar". First Musical Experimentation Are More Familiar Styles Such As Breakbeat And Ambient. In The 2000th Year The Project Joins The First Vocalist Eugeniy Rumyantsev. At The Same Time Music Rabar Changing In Favor Of A More Melodic Musical Based In Synthpop And New Wave . The Project's Attempt First Performances In Small Clubs In Riga And Also Writes Songs In The Studio. In The 2005th Year Nikolay Meets Gvido Zageris A.K.A. GTC-Studio While Also Actively Experimets In His Solo Project With Musical Styles Synthpop And New Age. Guido Joined The Project As A Permanent Member And Takes The Role Of First Keyboardist Of Project. In 2006th Shortly Before The Presentation Of The Project At The Festival Of Electronic Music SiSi '06 In Madona The Project Leaves Vocalist Evgeniy And His Place Took Oscars Morozovs. Project In The New Composition Begins To Actively Performed The Latvia Working In The Home Studio In Riga And Liepaja Preparing Material For Live’s. Publicatad The First Radio Single "Varbūt" Recorded In The Studio "Jump" Aigars Gravers "Jumprava" . Single Achieves Some Success Reaching Number One On Several Radio Stations. In The Spring Of 2007 In The Same Studio Recorded Second Radio Single "Ar Tevi". The Project Actively Working On A Concert Program In Both English And Latvian Languages. And Gives Several Concerts At Clubs In Riga And Liepaja. At The Beginning Of 2008 Due To Unforeseen Circumstances The Project Leaves Oscar. Gvido And Nikolay Is Placed On Work In The Studio And As A Result Was Written A Few Songs With A New Sound. At The Beginning Of 2009 Project Joins A New Member Vocalist And Guitarist Ronalds Lietnieks A.K.A. ARTERY STUDIO . In September Of 2010 Project Leader Decided To Change The Vocal Interpretation Of Songs. "Rabar" Joined New Vocalist Liga Prostakova A.K.A. Nate A Female Singer With An Interesting Ideas But Also With Not Typical Tone Of Voice Relatively To Musical Styles In Which Project Perform. Project Began Re-Recording Old Songs New Material And Also Preparation To Concert Activity.
