Majka Is Board Is The Solo Project Of Musician Robert McAdam Born And Raised In Livingston Scotland. As A Young Child He Was Tutored Musically For A Number Of Years Till He Reached His Teens. He Then Played Guitar In Various Indie/alternative Bands And Projects During The Following Years Until The Demands Of Life Intervened And Obliged Him To Take A Momentary Step Back From Music. Robert – Known By The More Familiar Bobby - Has Now Returned And Is Writing And Experimenting In Electronic Music. A Lifelong Fan Of The Sounds Created By This Genre He Senses A Resurgence In Melodic Styles More Reminiscent Of The 1970s. This Has Inspired Him To Fuse The Style Of That Essentially Pioneering Decade With Today’s Ambient/Dance/Progressive Forms That Make Up Electronica. Bobby’s First Set Of Works Consists Of Various Instrumentals Which Invoke The Melodies Spawned And Produced By Major Influential Electronic Artists Such As Tangerine Dream And Jean Michel Jarre. As A Result Of Listener Feedback Bobby Anticipates That His Future Work Will Include Vocal Arrangements.
