When These Band Split In The Autumn 2001 The Project HALO EFFECT Born In Ostia Lido Rome With The Line Up Compound By Alessandro Polinori Synth&progr Federico Rosi Synth&progr And John Peverieri Vocals&lyrics Big Fan Of Depeche Mode And Always Present At Dark And Electronic Roman Clubs. The Band's Aim Is To Create An Original Electronic Product Even Remaining Clear The Artstic References First Depeche Mode And Generally The German Electronic Music Synthpop Darkwave And EBM .
