Enemy Soil Was A Grindcore Band From Virginia USA Formed By Richard Johnson That Existed Through Most Of The 1990s. The Lyrics Are Mostly About Sociopolitical Subjects With A Few Covering The 'darker Side' Of Personal Relationships. In 2008 Relapse Will Re-Issue The Band's 1994 7" "Casualties Of Progress" On CD Which Saw Several Different Pressings By The Label. Bones Brigade Records France Released A Select Double CD Discography Of The Group's Music Which Will Go Into Its Third Pressing In The Near Future. There Is Also A Posthumous Double DVD In The Works. Enemy Soil Had One Album The Ruins Of Eden Pressed On Vinyl By Insolito Records And On CD By Clean Plate Records And A Mini-Album Fractured Theology Issued By Profane Existence FE. The Rest Of The Band's Releases Were EPs Split EPs And Compilation Appearances. Some Of The Bands Enemy Soil Put Out Splits With Included Agoraphobic Nosebleed Pg.99 Wadge Reversal Of Man And Corrupted. After Enemy Soil Broke Up They Formed The Index Which Released One Selftitled LP On Outlaw Recordings. They Toured And Released A Few Split EPs. There Are Two Tribute Enemy Soil Pages On MySpace. One Was Abandoned In 1996 And The Other Is New And Up-To-Date. There's An Official Website That's Being Updated Too That Has A Great Deal Of Information On The Band Which Is Built Off Of Drugs Of Faith's Website.
