Dawn Of The Hero Is A Progressive/Technical Metalcore Act From Albany NY Consisting Of Kyle Pipino Lead Vocals/Guitars/Keyboard Neil Schneider Drums/Vocals And Most Recently Added Into The Group Will Hartshorne Bass/Vocals . Originally Known As Cap Gun Roulette From 2006 To Early 2010 The Band Then Changed Their Name To Dawn Of The Hero Due To A Change In Their Sound Maturing And Not Fitting The Name Cap Gun Roulette Any Longer. After The Name Change They Quickly Entered RQR Studios In Massachusettes For 3 Days In Early April 2010 To Recorded Their First Official Release Entitled Our Vagrant Throne Which Was Released On May 14th 2010. The EP Included Mostly Old Material From Their Days As Cap Gun Roulette And Had A Standard Metalcore Sound However With The Release They Got A Bit Of Recognition From Their Local Music Scene And Recognition From Quite A Few Sites On The Internet Including Heavymetalreview.Com That Stated "...I Couldn’t Stop Listening To Each Track... These Two Musicians Are Extremely Talented And Show It Very Well On This EP..." With 2011 Coming Up Dawn Of The Hero Will Be Entering The Studio Once Again To Record A Their New EP With Albany's The Recording Company The New Release Will Have 5 Tracks That Show More Of The Progressive And Technical Side Of Dawn Of The Hero. The Band Is Shooting For An Early To Mid Spring Release Of The New EP.
