Cordaria An Ensemble Dedicated Primarily To The Recording And Performance Of The Solo Violin Repertoire From The Baroque Period Was Founded By Violinist Walter Reiter In 1998. Walter Reiter Has Played Many Kinds Of Music From Mediaeval To Contemporary And Folk To Classical. Since Specialising In The Baroque Repertoire He Has Led Many Period Instrument Groups In Europe And The UK Including L’Orchestra Barocca Italiana Les Arts Florissants L’Ensemble Baroque De Limoges The Hanover Band The King’s Consort And The Symphony Of Harmony And Invention. He Has Been A Principal Member Of The English Concert For Many Years. He Is Also Active As Both Soloist And Conductor And As Musical Director Of Linden Baroque In London. The Continuo Team Varies In Size According To Requirements And Consists Of Timothy Roberts Organ And Harpsichord Katherine Sherman Cello And Gamba Elizabeth Kenny Theorbo Frances Kelly Harp.
