Un Corazón Was Created In 2012 In Ciudad Juarez Mexico Founded By Steven Richards As An Expression Of The "Comunidad Olivo" Church Led By Marcos Richards. Although It Started As Youth Conferences Along With Musical Productions — And That Work Continues To Be An Important Part Of Their Ministry Through The Annual Congress UNCRZN — Un Corazón Has Always Maintained As Its Pillar To Raise Songs That Edify The Church While Motivating The Hearts Of A New Generation To A Life Of Worship.
The Sound Of Un Corazón Oscillates Between The Experimental And The Traditional By Proposing Both Electronic And Organic Textures For Celebration As Well As For Meditation. And While The Music Expresses Itself In Different Shades And Dynamics The Theme In Each Project Is And Will Always Be The Same Jesus. The Band Is Vocally Led By Steven And Lluvia Richards Kim Richards And Louie Abrego. Un Corazón Is Firmly Rooted In Their Church Comunidad Olivo And That Is The Environment Where They Collaborate And Engage Week By Week While Living And Growing Spiritually In Community. In That Context Steven Richards Has Developed In The Teaching Ministry Also Being One Of The Main Speakers At The UNCRZN Conferences. In Those Conferences They Set Aside Three Days A Year To Inspire And Encourage A New Generation To Dream And Believe In What Jesus Christ Wants To Do In His Church Through Them By Having The Participation Of Speakers And Pastors Who Are Building Up The Church In Latin America.
The Sound Of The Band Is Characterized By Being Full Of Layers Textures Rhythms And Melodies Of The Heart. Their First Album With CanZion 'Espejos' Revealed The Soul Of Its Members Exposing In Each Song The Extreme Need Of Our Human Condition As Well As The Overwhelming Wave Of The Grace Of Jesus Christ. In Their Most Recent Recording The EP Musica En El Desierto They Release New Tracks In An Effort To Promptly Share New Songs That Need To Be Known In Their Environment — Songs That Are Very Close To Their Everyday Experience With God And That Serve As A Tool For The Young Church New Hymns And New Channels Through Which To Continue Worshipping Jesus. read less
