Super Junky Monkey Is A Japanese All-Female Experimental Rock Band With Influences From Other Genres Like Noise Hip-Hop Metal Funk Among Many Others. They Were Influential In The Japanese Underground Of The 1990's Having Formed In March Of 1991 But The Band Got Into A Hiatus After The Suicide Of Their Singer Mutsumi In February Of 1999. Their Last Perfomance Was In May In A Tribute Concert To Mutsumi. The Three Surviving Members Would Reunite Once More In 2009 Again For A Tribute To Mutsumi. They Disbanded Until 2009 When A Reunion To Commemorate The Tenth Anniversary Of Mutsumi's Death Brought The Three Surviving Members Back Together For Good.
