Ray Began His Steel Pan Journey In 1957 At The Age Of 13 When He Played In Ellie Mannette's Steel Band The Invaders. Since Then He Has Arranged For Many Of The Top Trinidadian Steel Bands As Well As Steel Bands Around The World. In 1972 He Became The First Arranger To Both Compose Arrange And Perform His Own Tune For The National Panorama Steel Band Competition In Trinidad. A Tribute To Ray Holman His First CD Featured 8 Of His Panorama Compositions. His Complex Harmonies And Demanding Arrangements Make Him One Of The Most Sought After Composers For New Steel Band Compositions.
