Stikky Was A America Punk Rock Band From The Gilman Street-Scene Formed In 1985. The Members Were Chris Dodge Bass Vocals Chris Wilder Guitar Vocals And Todd Wilder Drums Vocals . Their Songs Are Known For Being Hardcore Yet Still Retaining The Sense Of Humor That East Bay Bands Were Known For. After Chris Dodge Joined All Their Records Were Released On His Own Record Label Slap A Ham Records. The Group Recorded An 9 Song Demo In 1985 And Then Another In 1986. The Band Was Later Featured On The Lookout! Records' Compilation The Thing That Ate Floyd. During Their Active Years It Was Common For Them Isocracy Operation Ivy Corrupted Morals Sweet Baby Jesus Or The Lookouts To Open A Bill For A Touring Punk Band Almost Every Weekend At Gilman Street. Little Is Known About Why Stikky Broke Up In The Late Eighties Only That The Band Has Expressed Consent Towards The Few Myspace Pages That Have Been Erected In Their Honor. Also They Have Stated That Any Sort Of Reunion Is Unlikely. A Posthumous Anthology Of All Recordings Of The Band Titled Spamthology Volume One There Was No Volume Two Was Released In 1997. It Is Now Discontinued.
