The Band Was Formed By Ed Wallis Vocals Guitar Nick Goss Guitar Sonics Jim Wallis Drums Keyboards Vocals And Dan Davis Bass And Released Early Singles On Fortuna Pop! And White Heat Records Before Recording Two Albums For Stolen Recordings 2009’s Here & Elsewhere And 2011’s Fight Less Win More. In January 2014 They Announced That Their Third Album Best Of Times Is To Be Released On March 17th On Bella Union. Over The Past Few Years My Sad Captains Have Performed Live At SXSW End Of The Road Hard Rock Calling And The Great Escape Amongst Others As Well As Live On 6 Music And XFM.
