New Age Composer John Adorney Began Studying Music At Age Nine — Although His First Instrument Was The Cello Within Two Years He'd Also Acquired A Guitar Profoundly Influenced By The Beatles And The British Invasion They Launched. He Additionally Learned The Piano And Went On To Study Classical Music At The University Of Connecticut A Tenure With An Ethnic Dance Troupe Followed Before Adorney Relocated To Denver During The Late 1970s Becoming A Fixture Of The Local Folk Circuit. He Next Moved To Los Angeles Teaching Music At A School For Disabled Children Before Founding His Own Music Therapy Practice By The 1990s Adorney Was Additionally Composing New Age-Influenced Instrumental Material Eventually Landing Three Pieces On The 1998 Domo Compilation Reflections.
