Chenard Believes That Recontextualization Of Previously Finished Works Can Be Done Ethically And Can In Itself Constitute Authorship. Chenard Walcker Created The Free Sample Zone In January 2005 As An Anti-Copyright Stance. FSZ Is A Fake Netlabel Where He Publishes His Work Under Various Monikers. All The Releases Are Free With Complete Artwork And Liner Notes. In December 2006 It Was Announced That Chenard Is Slowly Recovering From A Diabetic Coma. His Family Reports That He Is Not Physically Suffering. He Fell Into The Coma In September 2006 And Is Now Working On Speech Development And Object Differentiation.
