Jane Distortion Is A Musical Experiment That Started In October 2007 By The Duo And Founding Members Pekka Tiainen And Henrik Zu Castell-Rüdenhausen. Pekka And Henrik Played And Still Play Guitar Together For Three Years In Another Band Before Starting The Jane Distortion-Project. In January 2008 Markus Strandvall Joined The Band To Be The Drummer For Future Projects. Musical Influences Are Mainly Nine Inch Nails Pink Floyd And Muse Which Gives A Spacey Weird And Sometimes A Fucked Up Feel To The Music. In The Beginning There Were No Greater Expectations But When Work Started On The First Songs It Seemed That The Creativity Was Endless. After Months Of Songwriting And Recording The First Album Was Ready And Is Called Inspiration-Interruption-Regret. Jane Distortion Writes Music For People Who Are Interested In Something Beyond The Ordinary.
