Since 2003 Soapbox Paradox Has Been Rallying Up The Forces Of Punk Rock And Ska To Create A Piercing Sound Wave That Is Sure To Make You Get Up And Move. With An Intersection Of Blending Genres Soapbox Paradox’s Sound Is Truly Something To Hear First Hand. Based Out Of Detroit Michigan Soapbox Paradox Was Selected To Play Several Dates On The Nationwide Chooza Palooza Tour Hosted By Garageband.Com In 2004. Shortly After Recording Their First Five Song Demo Their First Single Liquor Store Went Straight To The Top Of The Ska And Punk Charts On Garageband.Com. Later They Were Approached In Early 2005 To Appear On The Soundtrack Of The Independent Film Entitled “Social Suicide” Which Is To Be Shown At The Sundance Film Festival In 2006. In Mid 2005 Soapbox Paradox Signed To The Independent Label Seduction Records And Released Their First EP In Early 2006. Since Then They Have Been Playing Shows Around The Detroit Area Building Up A Loyal Following. Recently Soapbox Paradox Was Invited To Be Included On An International Complication Entitled Rising Stars III In Conjunction With The Online Magazine State Of Emergency.
