Formed In 2004 MY ADORABLE Started Off As A Project Of The K The Former Guitar Player Of Driftnet And L The Former Bass Player Of Menace By Minority. They Met A Young Talented Drummer T Who Was Interested In Creating Music That Would Stand Out From The Rest Of The Bands In The Bielefeld Area. In November M Also Playing Drums In Njatr Joined MY ADORABLE As A New Guitarist Whose Passion For Playing His Guitar And Innovative Melodies Added Much Strength & Beauty To The Songs. Seeing The Band Working Well Together And Creating Music Which Captured Attention Of Many The Band Was Highly Motivated To Find A Singer Whose Voice And Words Would Complement And Bring Out The Power Of The Music. The Search Was Tiresome And Even Disheartening. In February 2004 The Band Received A Phone Call From A 24 Year Old P Who Was Interested In Trying Out. At The Practice The Band Was Amazed And Overjoyed To Discover That The Singer Could Sing And Scream And Even Compose Beautiful Songs On Impromptu. The Band Was Complete And Ready To Make Great Progress. Within The Time That MY ADORABLE Practiced And Played Shows Every Band Member Improved And Refined Their Skills To Be The Best At What They Do. M And T Found Their Own Style Of Speaking Through Their Instrument While Being In The Band And Provide MY ADORABLE With Inventive Sounds To Which K Brings The Heavy Overtones Which Give Both Energy And Suspense. Lars Gives Emphasis To The Musical Message Of The Songs. P’s Way Of Singing Has Been Recognized As Something New To The Genre. The Sound Of MY ADORABLE Would Probably Be Put Into The Direction Of Rock Or Post-Hardcore. If The Emotions Of Funeral For A Friend The Power Of Thrice The Innovation Of Taking Back Sunday Are Refined With The Dramatic Provocation Of A Static Lullaby And Refused The Result Is The New Sound Of MY ADORABLE. P’s Lyrics Don’t Follow The Same Rules As Of The Majority Of The Emo Or Hadcore Bands. They Are Both Encouraging And Uplifting They Are Powerful And Well Written Giving The Listener A Chance To Think And Take The Message With Them Into Their Life. The Lyrics Address Current Issues In The World And In Society They Gather Such Topics As Destruction Of Values Heartache Insecurities And Layer A Sense Of Hope And Understanding Upon Them Which In The End Form A Beautiful Image For The One Who Takes The Time To Understand. For Those Who Enjoy The Music And The Sound The Songs Have Many Changes In Rhythm And Various Levels Of Emotion Which Give MY ADORABLE The Uniqueness That They Strive For.
