These Themes Are Apparent In Each Of The Songs But Are Undertones Of The Bright And Melodic Story Told One Looking Upon Or Reflecting On Their Past Surroundings. The Development Of Goodnight Owl’s Sound Was Significantly Inspired By The Electronic Work Of Joe Walker And Now The Talented Bella Walker On Piano. Eddie Joe And Bella Grew Up Together In Alice Springs From The Tender Age Of Six And Re-Connected In Melbourne. Having Gained Both Triple J TV And Triple J Airplay Earlier This Year And With The Success Of The Band’s Recent EP Launch Behind Them Goodnight Owl Are Slowly Finding Their Place In The Melbourne Music Scene. And With The Versatility Goodnight Owl Are Beginning To Develop As Suggested By Both Their Dynamic Band And Solo Gigs It’s Clear Once Goodnight Owl Find Their Place They’ll Be Here To Stay.
