USER Of A Common Name Released Their Debut Album “USER” In The Spring Of 2003. Linda And Sussi Have Been Playing Together Since They Where Really Young Rehearsing And Splitting Time Between Groups. At The Same Time Clas And Fredrik Were Doing Exactly The Same Thing. As Luck Would Have It The Four Young Kids All Met Eachother At A Party. After Much Talk The Team Learned They All Shared The Same Taste In Music. USER Of A Common Name Soon Came Into Being As A Four-Piece Band They Started To Rehearse And Soon Recorded A Few Songs As A Demo. The Demo Was Posted And Sent Around To Different Labels And Publishers. The Publishing Company Peer In Stockholm Was Immediately Interested And Set Up A Meeting With The Band. Magnus Larkeryd At Peer Knew That Sanji Tandan Former President Of Warner Music In Sweden Was Going To Start A New Label And In The Summer Of 2002 The Marriage Was Sealed. The Debut Single “You Belong” And The Follow Up “Do You” From 2003 Put USER On The Map. In The Summer Of 2003 The Band Was Busy Touring And Promoting Their Album “USER”. Shortly After Releasing Their 1st Album USER Was Forced To Change Their Name To "USER Of A Common Name" For Legal Reasons.
