Tony Weeks Was Born In South Georgia. After A Short Run With The Athens Based Band "Tomfoolery Five" Tony Started Writing And Recording As A Solo Artist In 1998. He's Released Several Solo Records Most Recently Raining In Nashville In 2007. Influences Include Ryan Adams Wilco Ben Folds Drive By Truckers Elton John Toad The Wet Sprocket And Grandaddy To Name A Few. In Addition To Performing Solo Tony Co-Wrote The Album "Spot You In The Crowd" With Tom Rogers In 2002 Under The Band Name "DIMMER". Tony's Music Has Been Featured In The Feature Films "The Drone Virus" "29 Reasons To Run" And The Documentary "Official Rejection" For Which He Wrote The Theme Song . Having Been Based In Atlanta And Los Angeles Tony Currently Resides In Nashville TN Where He Continues To Perform Solo And With His Full Band Jokingly Referred To As "Tony Weeks And The Tony Weeks Band Featuring Tony Weeks".
