Redinho Pronounced Red-Dean-Yo One Of Numbers’ Multi-Talented Rising Stars Is The Nom De Plume Of London-Based Producer Tom Calvert. Citing His Boyhood Experiences Of Living In The Funk And Jackson Soaked US Of The 1980s As A Key Influence Calvert Spent His Formative Days Drumming With His Brothers Before Making Discoveries In Turntablism Hip-Hop And Electronic Music. This Eventually Led Him To Form A Live Band That Became Known For Its Expertly Adventurous Live Shows And Featured A Turntable As The Lead Instrument. In 2009 The Fruits Of Which Found Their Way To The Ears Of The Numbers Crew – The Result Being The Bare Blips EP A Unique Work That Somehow Went Against The Grain Of What Was Going On In The UK Scene Yet Managed To Slot Right In. The Edge Off EP And Stay Together Developed His Sound. For 2012 Redinho Has New Releases Due Out On Numbers.
