ALISON GROSS Started As An Acoustic Duo In 1992 Under The Name ON GOLDEN POND Consisting Of Muriel Brugman Bass Vocal And Erwin Wolters Guitar Vocal . A Year Later Drummer Paul Van Rijswijk Ex-Supersub Joined And The Band Was Renamed Into ALISON GROSS. Late 1994 Their First Album “Sit With The Guru” Was Released. This Well-Received Album Enabled Them To Tour Intensively. Their Fame Even Rose As Far As Peru ! Where They Reached The Number One Spot With Their Song “Sit Up Straight”. The Band Disbanded Early 1996.
