City And Colour Ist Ein Akustik Solo-Projekt Des Alexisonfire-Gitarristen Und Sängers Dallas Green. Er Wirkt Nicht Nur Bei Alexisonfire Mit Sondern Hatte Auch Schon Mehrere Gastauftritte Auf Alben Anderer Bands. Das Erste Album "Sometimes" Erschien Am 1. November 2005. Zuvor Veröffentlichte Er Die Single "Missing" In Einer Auflage Von 1000 Stück Der Gewinn Aus Den Verkäufen Ging An Die Denis Morris High School Starvathon. Außerdem Erschien Die EP "Death Of Me". 2006 Wurde Dallas Green Vom Chart Magazine Zum Künstler Des Jahres Gewählt. Am 27. März 2007 Erschien Das Live-Album "Live" Dasneben Der CD Auch Eine DVD Beinhaltete.
Am 11. Januar 2011 Erschien Die Digitale "Two Songs"-EP In Kollaboration Des Rappers Shad Auf ITunes. Die Einnahmen Der EP Kommen Der Stiftung Skate4Cancer Zugute. The Song Is Entirely Based On Dallas Green's Voice And Acoustic Guitar Playing With No Other Instruments Involved. The Music Video Shows Dallas' Everyday Life With His Playing Eating Lunch Stopping By A Music Store And Going To A Practice With Alexisonfire Among Other Things. The Song Is Very Poorly Sung By Liam Cormier In The Cancer Bats Video For The Song French Immersion Where He Purposefully Sings Out Of Tune And Sings The Wrong Lyrics.
