The Norwegian Band While You Slept Was Formed In 2007 And Draws Its Inspiration From Bands Like Radiohead Sigur Ros And Queens Of The Stone Age. Beautiful Melodies Merged With Pumping Energy Songs That Offer Everything From Beautiful Harmonies To Pulsating Guitar Riffs Balance Between The Beautiful And The Raw. The Quintet Likes It Best When Playing With Light And Darkness The Soft And The Rough And It Is Here You Find The Band's Unique Character. The Band Released Their First Single An Exclusive 7” Vinyl In The Spring Of 2011 Featuring The Tracks “Two Steps Back” And “Shivers”. Later On Their Second Single “Moments Gone” Was Listed On The Top Norwegian Radiostation NRK P3 And Continued Being Played For 14 Weeks. The Summer Saw The Band Play The Festival Norwegian Wood And Do A Warmup-Gig For Datarock.
