Anirudh Varma Is A Talented Young Contemporary Musician And Composer. His Training In Both Western And Hindustani Classical Music Has Created A Unique And Often Unconventional Technique And Musical Style. A Grade 8 Pianist From The Associated Board Of Royal Schools Of Music London.
He Has Played With The Ensemble ‘The House Of Symphony’ And With Bands Like Raagleela Plok Cobbled Street Stellar Teller Pakshee And Nuur In The Past And Is Presently Playing With Fusion Ensemble ‘SabCulture’. The Anirudh Varma Collective Is A Collaborative Project Bringing Artists And Musicians Of Diverse Musical And Cultural Backgrounds Together To Form A Unique Musical Identity. This Project Is A Contemporary Representation Of Hindustani Classical Music For Both The Musician And Audience Community. The Project Is An Incredible Blend Of Over Fifty Musicians From The Contemporary Indian Music Industry Coming From Diverse Musical Backgrounds And Bringing In Their Own Color And Identity On This Album. The Project Involves A Myriad Set Of Gifted Artists Designers And Filmmakers Who Are Part Of The Production And Creative Team.
