The Locked In Project Started At The Late 2007. Five Kids From Central Italy's Hardcore Scene Influenced By Bands Like Bane Sick Of It All Comeback Kid And Set Your Goals Who Had Been Playing Together For Many Years Finally Decided To Seriously Put Together Their Efforts And Intentions Thus Giving Birth To Locked In.
The First Gigs Were Booked.
During The Winter Between 2007 And 2008 The Band Went In Studio To Record Some Songs And Started Promoting
their First Four-Track Demo.
The Recordings Were Followed By A Long Period During Which The Band Searched For Labels And Gigs.
In The End The Official Release Of "Walk The Plank" A Nine-Track Cd Is Scheduled For October '08 Thanks To The Cooperation Of HurryUp! Records And Monument Records For Scandinavian Exclusive .
The Release Reached A Succesfull Feedback On PeeZine Australian Review RockSound Italian Rock Review And
many European Webzines.
In December '08 Locked In Left For Its First European Tour With Your Fall Which Was An Unexpected Success For Both Bands. They Had Some Great Shows And Plenty Of Feedback From The Crowds And Also Had So Much Fun Together!
Locked In Had The Chance To Play With Bands Like War Of Ages FaceDown Ceremony B9 Never Healed Painkiller And More.
Between Winter And Spring After Lots Of Gigs In Italy Locked In Decided To Go Back To The Studio Recording Some New Ideas. In The Meantime They Kept On Playing In Italy And Even Landed A Couple Of Shows In Sardinia.
In May '09 On Youtube.Com Search For Locked In - Hold Fast The Band Left For A Tour In Ireland With Famine Another HUP! Band.
The Tour Was Another Success Thanks To The Amazing Crowds And Awesome Shows. As Told They Even Have A Video On Youtube.Com With Some Bits From The Days In Ireland.
In June '09 Famine Came To Italy And Shared A Three-Date Tour With Locked In As Well As They Did In May.
Summer '09 Has Seen The Release Of The 7" "Among Sharks" Completely Financed By HurryUp! Records. One Of The Four Tracks "Devotion" Involes The Guest Of XJoshx@To Kill. Infact Locked In Had The Chance To Share The Stage With The Straight-Edge Band A Lot Of Times. The Band Had So Many Positive Responses From European Webzine And Italian Magazines Which Defined The Band As "...The Most Hopeful Band In Italy And Ready To Europe...".
There Have Been More Gigs In The Meantime With Bands Like Death Before Dishonour B9 Anchor Catalyst Carpathian Deathwish And Many More.
The Band Shared The Italian Shows With Nueva Etica Alveran In September '09. The Three Dates Have Been Succesful And The Band Start Such A Good Relationship With Nueva Etica.
A New Europen Tour With Go Back Home Arrived In December '09 That Had Started With A Show In Athens Greece With Misery Signals Ferret .
2010 Signed A Temporary Stop For The Band Because Of Line-Up Problems And Personal Issues.
But In 2011 The Activity Of The Band Has Been Growing Again One More Time On The Road With New Ideas And New Members.
