The song's music video recounts a Beauty & The Beast-esque story, with a deformed character living an everyday life, looking for love and the special bond he has with his dog. The underlying message is that inner beauty is more important than external beauty, let it shine and you will find people who appreciate you for who you are. Referring to the song, lead singer Stephen Garrigan said "Everyone is beautiful in their own way [...] and as cliché as that is, it's true.".
