"Contemporary Classic Rock Steeped In A Barrel Of Blues." Cherry White Formed In 2010 After Guitarist Russell Jones And Singer Charlotte Jo Hanbury Met At A Blues Jam In Central London. After Working On A Set Of Original Material The Duo Invited Drummer Felipe Drago And Bass Guitarist Ralph Beeby To Complete The Lineup In Early 2011. Their Self-Titled Debut EP Cherry White Was Released On 5th May 2012 And Later Re-Released Through Bandcamp On October 21st 2012. Their First Full-Length Album 129 Followed In 2nd July 2013. The Album Received Flattering Reviews And Live Performances Of 129 Were Well-Received Around England And Wales. On 3rd October 2013 Singer Charlotte Jo Hanbury Announced That She Would Be Leaving Cherry White. The Remaining Members Of The Band Later Announced That They Had Resolved To Continue With A New Vocalist. On 1st March 2014 The Band Revealed Sarah Currant As Their New Lead Vocalist And Released The Song Don't Hold Me Back Their First Single With The New Lineup. At The End Of The Year The Band Ran A Successful Crowdfunding Campaign To Raise Money For Their Next EP. At The Beginning Of 2015 Sarah Currant Announced That She Would Be Leaving The Band. Cherry White Returned With Lithuanian Pop Star Donata Sounds On Lead Vocals From 16th January 2015. With Donata The Band Recorded The Crowdfunded EP Staring At The Sun Which Was Released At The Beginning Of June 2015.
